Makassar, 3 March 2023 – A student from the Islamic Banking Department at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), UIN Alauddin Makassar, has achieved a significant milestone by being selected for the CDC PMMB-BUMN program conducted by FHCI BUMN. The program, which ran from 11 September 2022 to 28 February 2023, aimed to nurture young talents.
The recruitment process was facilitated by CDC, focusing on identifying promising individuals with potential to contribute to the public sector. This initiative is part of efforts to develop skilled professionals who can support the growth and sustainability of Indonesia's state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
Ismawati, S.E., M.Si., Head of the Islamic Banking Department at UIN Alauddin Makassar, expressed her pride in the student's achievement. "We are delighted to see our students actively participating and excelling in prestigious programs like the CDC PMMB-BUMN. This opportunity not only enhances their personal growth but also aligns with our department's commitment to producing future leaders in Islamic banking," she remarked.
Dr. Supriadi, S.E.I., M.E.I., Secretary of the Islamic Banking Department, emphasized the importance of such programs in providing practical experience and career opportunities for students. "It's gratifying to witness our students' dedication and success in competitive environments. We believe this experience will greatly benefit their professional journey," he added.
The CDC PMMB-BUMN program is part of UIN Alauddin Makassar's broader efforts to equip its students with industry-relevant skills and experiences, preparing them to contribute effectively to the national economy.
